Do I need to sign in?

No. You can create a temporary media link as a guest. Sign-in is only needed to manage links later from the dashboard.

Which files are supported?

Can I protect the media with a password?

Yes. Set an optional password before uploading. Viewers must enter it before the media can be accessed.
